Selection Process

  1. Fabra Agency places advertisements in the media and on our websites with details of available positions and jobs
  2. We use our databank to get the best qualified candidate from their personal details they submitted.
  3. The selected candidates are then invited for an interview on behalf of the client and as per clients preferred selection criteria or specifications provided.
  4. A briefly orientation to short listed candidates on the clients’ business, culture scope of work and region of operation plus any other information as required by the law.
  5. Once candidate proved and client satisfied with the outcome of the our screening, we invite the short listed candidates for a final interview with the client.
  6. Medical checkup as per the clients’ specifications is done to successful candidates.
  7. The successful candidates sign employment contracts under our company supervision and management.
